MOZI ADVENTURES:
Your Mozi hike, ATV tour, kayak rentals, Mozi daytimer rental, facial & yoga are fully refundable if you follow the 72 hour guidelines Mozi LLC has requested you follow. Which are, you have up to 72 hours before your hike/ATV tour/kayaking rental/Mozi daytimer rental/facial/yoga to cancel and request a full refund. If you do not follow these guidelines there will not be any kind of refund issued. Mozi LLC has the right to charge you in full for the hike/ATV tour/kayaking rental/Mozi daytimer rental/facial/yoga if refund request is less than 72 hours of your hike/ATV tour/kayaking rental/Mozi daytimer rental/facial/yoga booked through Mozi LLC's website, mozioutdoors.com, Mozi LLC requires you to pay in full at the time of booking. 

 

All Mozi LLC adventures are subject to changes based on a variety of circumstances beyond our control. Including, but not limited to snow, wildlife, park or land closures, and forest fires. Payments are not refundable for itinerary changes or park or land closures. If an adventure is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control and no alternate itinerary is available, an adventure credit will be issued equal to the full amount paid.

We schedule 15 minutes prior to departure and leave on time in order to respect all guests. If you are late, or do not arrive, you will be charged the full amount of the reserved service/services.

YOUR INFORMATION: We respect the privacy of our guests and the privacy of their personal information. All guest information collected by Mozi LLC is governed by our Terms & Conditions. Although we own the data storage, and the Mozioutdoors.com website, you retain all rights to your information. Primarily, we collect volunteered information through the use of interactive forms.

EMAIL:  We collect the e-mail addresses and certain personally identifiable information of those who communicate with Mozi LLC via e-mail.

REGISTRATION FORMS: Guests will be given the opportunity to submit their required personal information via our Registration Forms. Although different information is required for different destinations and trip styles, the Registration Forms can ask for the following: payment information, emergency contact information, past medical history, current medications, physical limitations, signed medical release, dietary preferences.

USE OF INFORMATION:

We may use personal information to provide the services you've requested. We may also use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to improve Mozi. We may use third parties to assist us in analyzing your personal information, and we require that such third parties agree to comply with our Privacy Policy and all appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

We do not share or sell the information we collect for commercial purposes, except to provide the services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
 

• If it becomes necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving possibly threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law.

• If Mozi LLC is acquired or merged with another company. In this event, Mozi LLC will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a separate privacy policy.

• If Mozi LLC partakes in cross company marketing. In this event, Mozi can share select data with reputable partner companies for the sole purpose of marketing to those guests who have agreed to receive Mozi LLC marketing. This data is limited to: your name, mailing address, and email address.

• Also, we do not permit pets, firearms or audio devices (radios, tape or disc players) on the trail. No one under 18 permitted.

• Waiver because of natural conditions, human activities, or negligence, today’s hike, travels and related activities present risks of death, personal injury, property damage and loss.

• By reading this waiver the viewer also agrees to the above hiking policies and procedures and certifies that he or she is physically and mentally fit to engage in our hikes.
